Choosing the Best Lawyers in America
Recognition in Best Lawyers in America is based on a sophisticated peer-review survey that is designed to capture the consensus opinion of leading lawyers about their colleagues.
After accepting nominations, local lawyers rate each nominee on a scale of one to five, with a score of five indicating that the person would certainly refer a case to the nominee if he or she were not able to take it.
Once all of the votes have been collected and reviewed, the peer review publication ensures that each nominee is in good standing with the ethics committee of the state bar.
Only the most respected and accomplished lawyers within each practice area in each metropolitan region are recognized on this prestigious list.
We congratulate Mike D’Amico and Thomas Pettinicchi on these important accomplishments!
